How My Wife Beats Hot Flashes and Sleepless Nights after Hysterectomy and Menopause

Hopefully women suffering from the miseries of hysterectomy and menopause can find relief from these words from the real world.
Due to negligence and a huge mistake by her gynecologist, my wife suffered from lingering internal wounds after her C-Section for our last child born October 2004. To remedy the damage, which nearly killed Miss Harriet, the gynecologist did hysterectomy in 2005. That plunged my wife into early menopause and all the nastiness of hot flashes, sleepless nights, irritability, acute husband nagging syndrome, and intensified children bashing.
In spite of her woes, Miss Harriet was determined not to start the menopause medication prescribed by her gynecologist. Once my wife learned that urine from a female horse was a key ingredient in the prescription, she said, "I'm not putting horse pee in my body!" Then she trashed the prescription paper.

More and more information is coming out about estrogen and replacing that in a female - it is not pretty. they are now saying it doesn't help your heart (like they first thought) and all it lists even on the package insert is terrible (including early onset of dementia) and all of that to put things off for 5 years because that is all they are saying you should use it now (5 years) then you get to do the hot flash tap dance only you are just a bit older.
