Stress Relief Nutritionally: How to Relieve Stress with Two Herbal Supplements

A 2009 survey conducted by the American Psychological Association (APA) found that 50 percent of Americans stress over whether they will have a job or have enough to provide for family. The same study found "60 percent feel angry and irritable, 53 percent fatigued, 52 percent sleepless" (CNN Health). On a personal note, Miss Harriet and I have known that our stress levels have been way down for years, even though we are not less busy now than we were in the mid to late 90s. Yep - I am an RN who is into nutrition realizing that the MD textbooks are written by (conflict of interest much?) pharmacuitical companies SO love to read the latest on safe, natural alternatives - will be waiting! Marijo
